More Than a Chamber Dinner
The Annual Banquet is the perfect employee appreciation night out and one of the Stillwater County Chamber’s annual fundraisers.
Bring your employees, spouses, coworkers and friends for a great dinner, drinks, entertainment, games, prizes and a chance to spend an evening with people from across Stillwater County. We want this to be a night local businesses can use to thank their employees while supporting the work of the Chamber.
We are keeping the Chamber business portion of the evening short. This is first and foremost supposed to be a fun night out.

Get in on the fun all evening long! Try the Liquor Ring Toss — land a ring and win the bottle — take aim in the 52-Card Dart Throw Raffle for a chance to win a Ruger 9MM, and bid on great items in the Silent Auction. Do not miss the Big Raffle Prizes: a 1/4 beef from Diamond Y Feeders, plus TBA prizes from NextEra and Yellowstone Bank.
Chamber Awards
We will also take time during the evening to celebrate the best of our business community with the Chamber Awards: Best New Business, Best Community Leader, and Best Overall Business.

We do not just want you to attend. We want to know what you think the Chamber should be working on.
Throughout the Civic Center, you will find posters featuring Chamber projects, long-term goals and new ideas for Stillwater County. Every table will receive a voting kit with colored stickers and sticky notes.

Help Support the Fundraiser
Local businesses and individuals can help make the banquet successful by donating to one of our fundraising activities.
Raffle
Donate a product, gift certificate, experience or prize.
Silent Auction
Donate an item, package, service or experience for the auction. Auction items are still flowing in from local businesses that support our community!
Liquor
Donate bottles for our liquor fundraising activities.
Both RSVP forms will include an option to tell us if you would like to donate.

Where Does the Money Go?
Having a great night is only half of it. The Annual Banquet is also an important fundraiser for the Stillwater County Chamber.
