Health Coaching is a personal way to overcome challenges that modern fad diets and pills fail to bring lasting change and success at achieving healthy goals.
As a certified holistic health coach, I take an approach that is different from any other book or article you may read online. I look at the individual.
I focus on the principle that each and every one of us has a unique body, which has its own individual needs to function at its best.
With this approach, you will learn how to love and care for your body. I won’t tell you that there is some magical book to follow with one size fits all rules and restrictions.
Those types of programs just don’t work!

The Reed Point Community Club, Inc. was formed many years ago. Our major fund raisers include the annual Great Montana Sheet Drive and feeding the participants of the annual Yellowstone River Boat Float. Over the years we have raised thousands of dollars which have been used for many projects in our community. Our latest venture is the community park on the corner of Old Highway 10 and Division Street here in Reed Point. We are attempting to convert the old railroad depot, which we had moved to the property, into a community center. Another of our favorite projects that just keeps on giving is the Christmas Decorations that are placed on every power pole in town for the community and visitors to enjoy throughout the holiday season. We have helped the local volunteer fire department, the school, the town library and many of the different organizations at the school.

All donations are welcomed. We are a registered 501(c)3 tax exempt community service organization.
